Double Glass Units (DGU), or Insulated Glazed Units (IGU) have two or three panes of glass separated with a spacer. It contains a layer of air or gas between the layers of glass. This gives the glass the properties of excellent thermal insulation, soundproofing and heat resistance.

- Resistant to UV light and prevents fading of fabric and furniture inside the room.
- With the use of Tempered Glass and Heat Strengthened Glass, Insulated glass Units become additionally safe.
